BRIA was created to provide evidence-based, comprehensive mental health care services to people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and stress across reproductive life stages; while trying to conceive, during pregnancy, postpartum, during early days of parenting, and through the menopausal transition. BRIA is designed to support patients from age 18 – 60. BRIA welcomes gender diverse individuals who are struggling with mental health issues throughout these life stages.
BRIA is not a crisis service. The BRIA platform and patient responses to symptom questionnaires are not monitored 24/7. We are not able to provide services to people who have active suicidal thinking or are in an active manic or psychotic episode. If you are having severe symptoms, please go to an Emergency Room, call 911 immediately, or contact Crisis Services Canada at 1-833-456-4566.
BRIA is also unable to provide care for people actively struggling with substance abuse issues or intoxication and withdrawal. To find suitable addiction services, please go to
