April 2026 Menopause Mental Health Training for Healthcare Professionals

February 19, 2026

Due to popular demand, BRIA is launching the 8th Menopause Mental Health Provider Certification (MMHPC) training program session in April 2026. To read about reviews of the program from previous participants, click here.

The MMHPC was created in 2024 by expert women’s mental health psychiatrists, Dr. Ariel Dalfen and Dr. Bev Young, to equip healthcare providers with the knowledge and skills to understand the complex biological, psychological, and social changes that occur during midlife. It prepares you to effectively support and address the mental health needs of women experiencing the menopause transition and menopause.

Certified healthcare clinicians, including social workers, psychologists, physicians, nurses, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, and other licensed healthcare providers, are invited to join this training. MMHPC doesn’t have official accreditation status, but providers can submit to their professional association for select professional development credits.

Each session will begin with instruction from BRIA experts, followed by interactive discussions and opportunities for questions and answers. Relevant reading materials and resources will be shared before each session.
